  • 2 oz Whiskey

  • .75 oz Lemon Juice

  • .75 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 Egg White

  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters


Add whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a mix tin.

Cover the tin, and shake for 10 seconds.

Re-open the tin and add 5 ice cubes.

Cover the tin, and shake for 15 seconds.

Strain into a glass, and add Angostura bitters.
