2 oz Whiskey
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 Spring of Mint
Place mint in the bottom of a mixing tin, retaining some for garnish.
Gently muddle the mint.
Add 5 ice cubes to the mixing tin.
Next, pour simple syrup, lemon juice, and whiskey into the tin.
Cover the tin, and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a glass, and garnish with the mint.
